# EasyMoza > EasyMoza (easymoza.com) is an online photo mosaic maker. You choose a main photo and add your own small photos; within seconds you see one big picture made of all of them. Making and previewing is free and needs no account. You only pay when you order the mosaic as a high-resolution digital file, a print on canvas, HD poster, dibond or acrylic glass, or a video with music. The site is available in Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese and Chinese. ## Facts - Making and previewing a mosaic is free and needs no account. A low-resolution version with the web address in the corner may be kept and shared for free. - The mosaic is made in the visitor's own browser: the photos stay on their phone or computer until they order (or choose to save the mosaic in an account). - At least 20 small photos; from about 300 the mosaic looks best; up to 5,000. - Every mosaic is checked before it goes to the printer. - Prints are shipped within 3 working days, with a tracking link by email. - Prints are delivered to every EU country. Then add your small photos, for example a few hundred from your photo gallery. Within seconds you see your mosaic: your main photo, built from all your small photos. Like it? Order it as a digital file, a print or a video. **Is making a mosaic free?** Yes. Making and viewing your mosaic is free and needs no account. You may share or keep a low-resolution version with our web address in the corner for free. You only pay when you order the digital file, a print or a paid video. One video per mosaic is free. **Which main photo works best?** A close-up, such as a face, works best. Choose a sharp photo with clear colours that is not too dark. A group photo or a photo with text usually works less well. **How many small photos do I need?** At least 20, but with 300 or more photos your mosaic looks better: the photos are repeated less often. Duplicate photos are skipped automatically. **Are all my photos used?** Yes, every photo appears at least once in your mosaic, unless you choose more photos than there are tiles. Photos whose colours match a spot in your main photo well appear more often. **What happens to my photos?** Your mosaic is made in your own browser: your photos stay on your phone or computer until you order something. Only then do we receive them, to make your order. We then keep them for 90 days (14 days for a free video or an order that is not paid), after which they are deleted automatically. If you choose 'Save to my account' yourself, we also keep them with your account for 14 days. **Do I need an account?** No. You can find your order again through the link in your confirmation email. Want to see your orders on another device as well? Log in with your email address: you receive a 6-digit code, no password needed. ### Settings and tips **What do Natural, Balanced and Main photo stronger do?** They are three ready-made settings. Natural: you see the small photos best, in their own colours. Main photo stronger: your main photo stands out more. Balanced is in between and usually the best choice. **Standard or Larger: which do I choose?** This is about the size of the small photos. Standard: many small photos, your main photo is sharp and the small photos are easy to recognise; usually the best choice. Larger: fewer, bigger small photos that are even easier to recognise; your main photo gets a little less sharp. In the maker, the (i) shows how big each small photo will be on your print. **What does 'How often is each photo used?' mean?** With At least 1×, 2× or 3×, each small photo appears at least that often in your mosaic. With All equally often, every photo appears about as often. At least 1× usually gives the best picture, because each photo goes to the spot where it fits best. You find this under Advanced. **Can my mosaic be black and white or sepia?** Yes. Under Advanced, choose Colour, Black & white or Sepia (warm brown, like an old photo). **What do Colour adjustment and Blend in main photo do?** Colour adjustment tints each small photo a little so your main photo is easier to recognise: higher is more recognisable, lower gives more natural small photos. Blend in main photo lays your main photo lightly over the mosaic: a little makes faces sharper, too much and you see the small photos less well. **What does Mirror photos do?** Photos that appear more often are mirrored every other time, so repetition is less noticeable. **How do I reset all settings?** Under Advanced there is the button Reset to defaults. It sets everything back to Balanced and Standard. **How do I change or remove one small photo?** Tap the photo among your small photos. You then choose which part of the photo is shown, or remove the photo. **Where can I find explanations in the maker itself?** Next to Settings and at each choice there is an (i). Tap it for a short explanation. ### Ordering and delivery **How sharp will my print be? Do I need to look at dpi?** No, we take care of that. We make your mosaic again in high resolution, matching the size you choose. For a file you see up to which size it stays sharp. Your small photos do not need to be large: ordinary photos from your phone are enough. **What can I order?** Your mosaic as a high-resolution digital file (XL or XXL), as a print on HD poster, canvas, dibond or acrylic glass, or as a video with music. You see the prices when you tap Order. **What does a photo mosaic cost?** Making and viewing your mosaic is free. You only pay when you order: a digital file from €5.95, a print from €49 and a Full HD video from €19.95, VAT included. One video per mosaic is free. Shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is free. All prices per size and material are on the Prices page. **How do I get the digital file?** After payment we make your mosaic in high resolution as a JPG. As soon as it is ready, you receive an email with a download link; the link is also on your order page and works for 3 months. With the file you can have your mosaic printed yourself, wherever and as often as you like. **How does a video work?** You choose a type of video, landscape or portrait, the music and, if you like, a text at the beginning and the end. A few minutes after ordering, your video is ready: you receive a link to watch, share and download it (MP4). You can make one free video per mosaic (Zoom out in 720p, with fixed music and our logo at the end). A paid video is Full HD, with your own texts, music of your choice from our collection and without a logo. A paid video stays online for a year, the free video for 3 months. **Can I post the video, with its music, online?** Yes. The music in the videos is ours. You may keep, show and share your video with the music in it, also on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or WhatsApp. **When will I receive my print?** Before your mosaic goes to the printer, we take a quick look at it. Your print is shipped within 3 working days; once it is on its way, you receive an email with a link to track your parcel. Delivery usually takes 1–2 days within the Netherlands and Belgium and 2–5 working days elsewhere in the EU. **Which countries do you deliver to?** We deliver prints to all EU countries. Shipping is free to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany; elsewhere in the EU it costs from €10, shown as soon as you choose your country. A digital file or a video can be ordered from anywhere in the world. **I have a code or gift card. How do I use it?** Enter your code at checkout, under 'Have a gift card or code?'. You will see right away what is left to pay. Codes and gift cards from our previous site remain valid until 31 December 2027. **Can I buy several codes at once?** Yes. On the 'Buy codes' page you choose how many codes you want of each kind: XL, XXL or a video. From 5 codes you get 10% off, from 10 codes 15% and from 25 codes 20%. You get the codes straight away by email and on your order page. Each code can be used once, for one product, and you have 2 years to use it: handy as a gift or for a class, club or company. **Can I continue later?** Yes. In the same browser your mosaic is simply still there next time. Want to continue on another phone or computer? Under your mosaic, choose 'Save to my account'. You log in with your email address (no password) and find your mosaic in your account. We then keep your photos for 14 days; you can save 3 mosaics at a time. **How can I pay?** You pay securely online through our payment partner Adyen, with credit card, PayPal, iDEAL (Netherlands), Bancontact (Belgium) and other local payment methods, depending on your country. **Can I return my order?** Your print is made especially for you from your own photos, so the right of withdrawal does not apply. For a digital file or a paid video you do have 14 days to change your mind: want your money back within that time? Email us with your order number. No reason needed. Is something wrong with your order, for example a damaged print or something other than you ordered? You only pay when you order a file, a video or a print. **Which size fits my mosaic?** That depends on the shape: landscape, portrait or square. The maker only shows sizes where the small photos stay recognisable, and you see your mosaic to scale on a wall. **File, video or print: which do I choose?** A print goes straight on the wall. With the file you print it yourself, as often and as large as you like. A video is lovely to share or to announce a gift. **Can I order later?** Yes. Save your mosaic to your account; it then stays ready for 14 days to continue or order, also on another phone or computer. **What if something is wrong with my print?** Let us know as soon as possible, ideally with a photo.
