You download the free low-resolution version straight away: under your mosaic, choose download and then the free version.
2Order XL or XXL
If you choose XL or XXL, we make your file in full size after payment. It is usually ready within a minute. You download it on your order page, and the link is also in the email you get from us.
14 days to change your mind
Changed your mind? Within 14 days of your order you can withdraw from a download and get your money back. You do not need to give a reason. Just use the button on your order page.
Questions
Which version should I choose?
If you only want to share your mosaic or use it as a background, the free version is enough. If you want to print it, check above up to which size it stays sharp. For a large print, such as 90 × 60 cm, choose XXL.
May I have the file printed myself?
Yes. You can print XL and XXL wherever and as often as you like: at home, in a photo shop or with an online printer. Printing smaller than the maximum always works; bigger gets less sharp. Rather have a print from us? Then choose a poster, canvas, dibond or acrylic when ordering.
What kind of file do I get?
A JPG. It opens on every phone and computer, and every printer can work with it.
Is there a web address on it?
Only on the free low-resolution version, small in the corner. XL and XXL have no web address.
The file looks blurry on my phone. Why?
A phone often shows a large file scaled down. Open it on a computer and zoom in: then you see every small photo sharply. Not the dpi value but the number of pixels decides how sharp a print will be.
