Questions about your print
Which size fits my mosaic?
That depends on the shape: landscape, portrait or square. The maker only shows sizes where the small photos stay recognisable, and you see your mosaic at real size on a wall.
How do I get my print?
Before your mosaic goes to the printer, we check it once more. Then we ship your print within 2–4 working days and you get an email with a tracking link. What shipping to your country costs is listed above.
How do I hang my print?
Canvas comes with hanging hardware and is ready to hang. Dibond has a hanging system on the back: one screw or nail is enough. Acrylic glass hangs on the included standoffs, with screws and wall plugs. A poster comes without a frame, so you choose your own.
Can I order later?
Yes. Save your mosaic to your account; it then stays ready for 14 days to continue or order, also on another phone or computer.
What if something is wrong with my print?
Let us know as soon as possible, ideally with a photo. We will find a solution together.
