The end of the school year, or is the teacher leaving? Make a photo mosaic of the class together with the other parents. Parents add their own photos with a link and a code; you approve them and turn them into one big photo, such as the class photo.

How it works

  1. 1

    Start the group

    Choose a title, for example "Year 5 says thank you to Miss Anne". You get a link and a code; by default, collection stays open for 2 weeks.

    Share the link and code with the parents

    Use the class group chat or email. Each parent can add up to 5 photos: of their own child, or of children whose parents agree.

    Make the gift

    Approve the photos and make the mosaic. Give it as a print, a file or a video, on the last day of school for example.

Free to collect, careful with your photos

  • Collecting is free. You only pay for what you order.
  • The photos are only for this mosaic. We don't use them for anything else.
  • We automatically delete all photos 3 months after photo collection ends.

Tips

  • Start a few weeks before the last day of school, so all parents have time to look for photos.
  • Ask for close-up photos where the child is clearly visible: faces stand out most in the small tiles.
  • Organising it with the class rep? Up to 3 people can help approve the photos.

Frequently asked questions

What about permission and privacy?
For a class, you confirm when you start that you'll make sure you have permission (for children: their parents' permission). The parents' page asks them to send only photos of their own child, or of children whose parents agree. We only use the photos for this mosaic, and we delete them automatically 3 months after photo collection ends.
Who sees the mosaic?
At first only you can see it, along with anyone you ask to help. Only when you press "Share with the participants" do the parents see it on their page; anyone who sees it then can also order a copy of their own.
Will the teacher see it in advance?
Not if you don't send the link and the code to the teacher. Nobody sees the mosaic itself until you share it.
What does it cost?
Collecting photos is free, for you and for all the parents. Afterwards you choose what to order: a download (XL €5.95, XXL €9.95), a print from €49 or a video. You'll find all the prices on the prices page.
