How it works

Start the group
Choose a title, for example "Our club at 50". By default, members can add photos for 4 weeks.

Share the link with the members
Use the newsletter, the group chat or a flyer with a QR code in the clubhouse. By default, each member can add up to 10 photos; you can change that.

Make the mosaic
Choose the logo or a team photo as the main photo and make the mosaic: a large print for the clubhouse, a file for the website or a video for social media.

Free to collect, careful with your photos
- Collecting is free. You only pay for what you order.
- The photos are only for this mosaic. We don't use them for anything else.
- We automatically delete all photos 3 months after photo collection ends.

Tips
- A logo with a few clear colours works well as the main photo. With a team photo, the fewer people in it, the easier they are to recognise.
- Ask a committee member or teammate to help: up to 3 people can approve photos with you.
- A tournament or club day with lots of members on the club's Wi-Fi? Then turn on "Large event".
