Questions
Can I show the mosaic during a memorial service?
Yes. A download is a file for a screen or projector, and a video is an MP4 file you can play. We ship a print within 3 working days of your order; delivery follows after that.
Can I add a name or text?
Yes. In the maker you can put text on the mosaic, for example a name and dates. In a paid video you can also add your own text at the start and the end.
What happens to the photos?
Your mosaic is made in your own browser: your photos stay on your phone or computer until you order something. Only then are they sent to us, so we can prepare your order. We keep them for 90 days, after which they are deleted automatically.
